Hello all! I finally got around to getting a picture of that Mandala for you! Sorry about that. So here it is, my pizza ;)
The car in the image is a '74 GTO that is the store mascot! So hot! Anyway, I'll post progress pictures as this goes.
Pizza-rific eh? Well, it satisfied the assignment. Im actually pretty proud of it. In other news I have been working on designing a Mural for a local business owner! I will be painting it as well, so here is the idea

Finished Self Portrait
Im not super happy with it, but not disappointed terribly either, just blah. But here it is!!
Ya my mat is terrible, I messed it up. Oh well. The project was to use a complementary analogous palette, with grey scale over lays. Got points for full range of saturation and value, minus points for presentation. lol

Color and Design- Grey Scales
So spent most of last week building grey scales, heres a bad shot of some of my swatches... which I had to do a second time.
We are working in gauche, which is opaque water color. Its really vibrant and interesting but expensive as hell!! I'll post my assignment and the color wheel we are working on this week, asap :) happy creating!
